B is for Banting, B is for Best--true Canadian heroes whose medical quest gave the world insulin, a new lifesaving way to keep diabetes at bay.

C is for General Arthur Currie who led all our brave soldiers to the great victory at Vimy Ridge that was one of the turning points in World War I.

General Currie was the first Canadian to reach the rank of general and he was raised in Strathroy and graduated from SDCI--{just minutes away from my house!}
